Montis Capital (where Adam was a co-founding partner) teamed with J-B Weld's incoming CEO and investors to acquire the business from its founding family and capitalize a series of product and channel extensions for growth.  

The investment rewarded Montis Capital's investors through its successful sale to J-B Weld's management.
